Can I stitch my saved blobs from iOS 5.0 to iOS 5.0.1 te create a working ipsw that is 'signed'.
Apple is not signing 5.0.1 or 5.1.1 and I don't want to upgrade to iOS 6.0.1. My phone is a iphon3 3GS 16GB with new bootrom. I'm now on iOS 5.0 but with this firmware I cannot have a untethered jailbreak. Who has some advice? Thanks in advance. I have been searching a lot of hours allready to find a sollution for this issue.

Yes you can, but you have to build the tar.gz bundle with a Linux live cd or a linux pc

If it won't activate just restore the activation ticket's again, did you have PUSH problems? If you didn't it isn't necessary the "Activation thru iTunes" part...

Yes, it should work on iOS6, but only on 3G, 3Gs and IP4 :)

Does this work for the Mountain Lion as well? I mean, the downloaded files that replace the ones in the disk, are they ok to boot up the usb to make a hackintosh installation?
